It was great shooting at Momofuku's new Kojin restaurant for the Globe and Mail. The food is amazing! It is different than other Momofuku restaurants in that it strays quite a bit from their usual Asian fare, while not abandoning it entirely. Chef Paula Navarrete is truly a rising star.
